We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from PÄPERBÖYZ.
If you need to return or exchange an item, you can find our return policy below.

Return & Exchange Policy

You have a 14-day return window from the day you receive your order. We only accept returns if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is in new and unused condition

  • All original tags and labels are still attached

  • The item has not been washed, worn, or damaged

  • The item is returned in secure packaging

Returns – 59 DKK

If you want to return an item for a refund, you can do so within 14 days of receiving it. Once we’ve received and approved your return, the amount will be refunded to your account within 7–14 business days.
Please note: The shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the return label.

Return for Store Credit – Free + 20% Bonus

Prefer to get store credit instead? It’s completely free, and we’ll even give you a 20% bonus on top.
Example: If you return an item worth 500 DKK, you’ll receive a 600 DKK gift card.

Exchanges – Free

Ordered the wrong size? We offer free exchanges.
Just create your exchange through our return portal and we’ll send you a free return label. Once your item is received and approved, we’ll ship the new size out as soon as possible.
Note: Any additional exchange after the first one will cost 59 DKK.

How to Return

  1. Start your return via our return portal

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging

  3. Print and attach the return label you receive

  4. Drop off the package at your nearest parcel shop
