Shipping policy

SHIPPING

All orders within Denmark are shipped through our logistics partners, including GLS. All international orders are shipped through FedEx.

All shipments include tracking

Shipping Time & Price:

  • Denmark: 2-5 working days

  • Europe: 7-14 working days

  • Outside of Europe: 10-15+ working days

Customs & Duties:
For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes required by your country are the responsibility of the customer. Paperboyz does not cover these costs.

RETURN PROCESS

Before returning an item, you must request a return authorization through your PAPERBOYZ account within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply click on the link to our return portal here: Return Portal.

Return Conditions:

We only accept returns if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is in new and unused condition

  • All original tags and labels are still attached

  • The item has not been washed, worn, or damaged

  • The item is returned in secure packaging

If a returned item does not meet the above conditions, it will be sent back to the original shipping address.

RETURN SHIPPING

Denmark (for customers in Denmark only)

To return an order, simply use the Return Portal in your PAPERBOYZ account.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If exchanging an item, we will cover the shipping cost of the new item.

  • Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

International Returns (customers outside of Denmark)

  • Customers must cover return shipping costs.

  • The return must be sent with a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery. PAPERBOYZ is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

  • Tracking information for the return must be uploaded via your PAPERBOYZ account.

  • Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will process your refund.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you wish to exchange an item:

  • We will ship the new item once we receive the original order.

  • You can exchange for another item of the same value or a different size.

  • If the requested exchange is not possible, we will contact you with the option of choosing another item or receiving a refund.
